Will first started work in the telecommunications world in 1989, working in Broadway Sydney for OTC (Overseas telecommunications commission), developing fibre optic technology before moving back to regional Australia in the 90s.
In 1999, Will was employed with Plestel Communications (now known as Commander) as a field technician. In 2006, Will signed a deal to take over the New England area as the Principal of Commander Centre New England and is still here today.
